DI TAYLOR INTERIORS
Personality into Design
Home is where we spend most of our valued time so it should feel comfortable, functional and inviting. For these reasons, interior design should be a personal preference of space, colour, shape, light and texture. A designer’s role should be to help you bring all the elements of design together to create your perfect balance, rhythm and harmony.
Whatever your preferred style of interior design may be, the elements and principles of design can always be achieved to create your perfect home.
Di Taylor Interiors offers services in interior design and decoration including:
Decorating and restyling
Space planning
Project management
Advice and schedules for colour schemes, lighting, fittings and fixtures
Kitchen and bathroom design
ABOUT
DI TAYLOR INTERIORS
After working in the marketing field for 20 years, Di Taylor left her job to project manage the build of her family home. She could not have imagined enjoying a process any more and discovered a deep passion for interior design and decorating. It is from here Di developed her design philosophy:
FUNCTIONAL. Home is where you come to eat, sleep, rest, play and socialise, so it needs to work for your family unit, whether it be for one, two or more.
COMFORTABLE. Home needs to give you comfort, a place that says I’m yours to relax and just be you.
INVITING. Home is where you look forward to be, a space that you enter and instantly feel connected, happy and at peace.
YOURS. Home is yours to make home, fill it with your life stories and memories.
Your home design should communicate to you and make you feel connected.

STUDIO LIVING
Our goal was to create a warm and inviting feel to a small space through a modern scandi look. Using earthy colours and textures through warm oaks and greys and a multicoloured earth toned rug, this small space with white walls and grey tiles was converted to a warm and soft living space.
